Types of massage to expect during each session. Neuromuscular, Myofascial release, Active Release, Somatic therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
We will only be open on Saturday's for the month of August as to limit foot traffic and follow all CDC guidelines. We still have to live our lives and don't have to keep suffing in pain.
